WHERE ?
Recent completely secured warehouse ( 2004 ): electronic alarm, detection fire, temperature and humidity controlled, closes of protection around the building.
WHEN ?
- Lack of space in your place of residence, in the office
- Departure abroad
- Works to be made in your place of residence: the furniture must be temporarily stored
- Your house, your apartment are already sold and your new house is not ready
HOW ?
2 possibilities :
A Self storage : You store yourself your furniture in our furniture storehouses
B Move : We come to pick up the furniture at your place of residence
A: Self storage
- We provide you containers in our furniture storehouses. You fill them yourself during the opening hours or from 8:30 am till 12:30 am and from 1:30 am till 5 pm. The deposit can be made there several times.
- We lend you blankets to protect your furniture.
- You can have access to your container during the rent by preventing us the day before (only 3 times a year).
- During the deposit we establish a contract furniture storehouses.
- Only the depositor can access to the furniture except written mandate
- The invoicing is a month established or half-year from date to date. Ex: from 12/09/09 till 11/10/09.
B: Removal
We make a free estimate by appointment to establish:
- The price of the load towards our furniture storehouses
- The monthly rent
- The price of the unloading in your place of residence
To avoid any useless handling, we place containers in our trucks. Containers will be unloaded in our warehouses and it will be reloaded them for the delivery.
Duration
From 1 month (invoicing minimum) until…
Volume
By unit of 10 m3 ( 1 container= 10m3). Inside: 205 cms, L 182 cms Depth: 238 cms.
Furniture’s with extra dimension are stored on the ground
Prices :
- Minimum rent: 1 container of 10 m3
- WITHOUT V.A.T 21 %: 45,00 € / container / month
- Furniture storehouses classic: 4,50 € / month / m3
Furniture which is too big only - Long-lasting special price ( more than year): 40 € / month ( enl V.A.T 21% )
- No indexation of the rent.
- Option :
insurance risks of stay - Rate: 0,15 % a month.
